Megan’s passion is helping you achieve your aesthetic goals, and well as move efficiently, and functionally. Megan is a certified Functional Movement Specialist (CAFS) focusing deep on biomechanics and translating your exercise program into everyday life. She received a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Mount Union (Alliance, OH) and became a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her college education and continuous study provides her with the foundation to implement Evolve’s science-based approach effectively. This approach is the best and most efficient way to see results and still keep workouts diverse, fun, and safe!

Scott received his undergraduate degree in Human Movement, from Boston University. Shortly after he moved to California where he began his career as a trainer, coach, teacher, and athletic director. His passion for fitness and education grew, leading to him earn his masters degree in Kinesiology, from California State University, Fullerton. Scott is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With more than 24 years experience and study, he has seen over and over how a systematic, science-based approach to training changes bodies, performance, and lives. Richard’s love for fitness began over a decade ago as he pursued excellence through sports. After being certified as a personal trainer in 2009 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he worked with friends and family to help them reach their fitness goals until he found a job as an aide to physical therapists. Now he’s completing his B.S. in Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton, training clients and helping them reach their fitness goals, as well as running his successful fitness business.
